Our Journey

With an extensive experience of 15 years in the technology industry and being in leadership positions in the past, our founders have gained knowledge in various domains, solved many business challenges, and have led multiple technology transformations. BizTranSights was created with a vision to solve our clients’ crucial challenges and take their businesses to the next level with smart strategy and a seamless execution plan. BizTranSights Solutions is best defined as an energetic, focused, honest and passionate organization. Mr. Sameer Ughade

Founder

Mr. Sameer Ughade has 15 years of experience in the field of Information Technology. He has worked in IT leadership roles at many healthcare, financial services, and logistics companies in the US in the last 15 years. Mr. Ughade has worked in roles of CIO, Director of IT, CISO leading the technology teams and strategy execution on large complex conversion projects. Mr. Ughade has expertise in Information Security (HIPAA/PCI/TCPA, etc.), Cloud Computing, Software Development, BI Data and Analytics, ERP, and CRM Implementations. Mr. Ughade’s educational background includes a Master of Science degree in Computer Engineering from George Washington University and a Bachelor of Engineering degree from the Visvesvaraya National Institute of Technology in India. He is a Certified Project Management Professional and CISM Information Security Manager.

Ms. Sonal Gole

Founder

Ms. Sonal Gole has 15 years of experience in the field of Software Development. She has worked for one of the largest Enterprise Software tech giants gaining in-depth experience in software development and acquiring knowledge of various domains including ERP, CRM, Document management, Sales and Distribution, Revenue Recognition, and Accounting. Ms. Gole has experience as a certified Scrum Master. She has effectively worked with the scrum teams, product managers, consultants, and customers. Ms. Gole’s educational background includes a Master of Science degree in Computer Science from George Washington University and a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Computer Science from the Visvesvaraya National Institute of Technology in India.

Michael M Barch

Mentor

For more than 40 years, Mr. Barch has held senior management positions in various medical corporations representing nearly every facet of healthcare. Most recently, he is serving as Chairman of Heuro Health, a next generation engagement and wellness company. Previously, he served as Chairman of Global Pharmaceutical Sourcing, a pharmaceutical distribution company. For twenty years Mr. Barch served as CEO of The George Washington University Medical Center which at the time included direct responsibility for the hospital, faculty practice, HMO and school of Medicine. Subsequently, Mr. Barch served as Assistant VP, Associate Dean at Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine. Following his appointment at Johns Hopkins, Mr. Barch was named President and CEO of Managed Care Assistance Corporation which developed several physician networks and HMO’s. Mr. Barch subsequently served as CEO of the Public Benefits Corporation of the District of Columbia and as CEO of Columbia Hospital for Women. Mr. Barch currently sits on several high technology healthcare advisory boards. Mr. Barch holds a joint degree in economics and finance from the University of Louisiana at Lafayette (Magna Cum Laude) and an MHSA from The George Washington University.
